to me. To better protect your privacy I provide this notice
explaining my online information practices and the choices you
can make about the way your information is collected and
used. To make this notice easy to find I make it available on
its own page.
The Information I Collect

applies to all information collected or submitted on my

following type of personal information is collected:

Phone Number
Email Address
Type of Photo Identification used as proof of
identity
ID number of the reference ID
State or County of Issuance of the reference ID
The Way I Use this
Information
The
information must be provided as per California Secretary of
State requirements in identifying the Notary Public applicant.
(Chapter 11 of Division 7 of Title 22 of the California Code
of Regulations)
This
information will be printed on the attendance roster and on
your mandatory Notary Public education seminar certificate of
completion which must be submitted with your application to
become a Notary Public.
I do not
share this information with outside parties except to the
extent necessary to complete the requirements as set forth by
the California Secretary of State. This may include providing
said information to
CPS Human Resource Services,
the official state
Notary Public exam administering agency.
I use return email
addresses to answer the email received. Such addresses are
not used for any other purposes and are not shared with
outside parties.
